Były dyrektor Biura Projektów i Programów w MF. Koordynował też rozwój regulacji rynku usług płatniczych oraz rozwój płatności bezgotówkowych w usługach administracji publicznej. Jjest doradcą zarządu Fundacji FinTech Poland. Zajmuje się zagadnieniami na styku strategii, polityki regulacyjnej i public affairs, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem rozwoju innowacji finansowych oraz dialogu pomiędzy biznesem, administracją i otoczeniem regulacyjnym.

He also coordinated the development of payment services market regulations and the expansion of cashless payments within public administration services. He serves as an advisor to the board of the FinTech Poland Foundation. His work focuses on the intersection of strategy, regulatory policy, and public affairs, with a particular emphasis on the development of financial innovation and fostering dialogue between business, government, and the regulatory environment.
